Working Principle
The product line is developed for the nutrient components that are lost in rice during the traditional rice milling process. Rice and its by-products can be extruded into extremely high value-added products. In this process, the broken rice can be reused. The whole production process is simple and easy to operate: Broken Rice is crushed and mixed with a certain amount of Nutrients, water and oil.
At a certain temperature, the raw materials are cooked in an extruder, and then extruded by a die to form a rice shape, various kind of rice mould to meet different market requirement. Finally, the recycled rice grains are dried at low temperature. This extrusion technology effectively avoids the loss of nutrients, and thus becomes nutrient-rich fortified rice.
